Robert Kahn

Robert Kahn has been a leader in corporate and consumer marketing for over 25 years. Most recently Bob was the Chief Marketing Officer for NetJets, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Previously he ran Ogilvy & Mather's Brand Asset Management Group, where he also served as the General Manager of the Brand Integration Group. At Ogilvy, Kahn developed branding solutions for American Express, IBM, Kodak, DuPont, Goldman Sachs, Time Warner Cable and others. Kahn is perhaps best known as a founding member of Futurebrand, the global brand consultancy of McCann-Erickson. FutureBrand started in San Francisco with a few consultants and subsequently grew to 26 international offices with a staff of over 500. Before that, he was CMO at Enterprise IG, CMO for Faith Popcorn's Brain Reserve, co-manager of the corporate identity practice for Landor Associates, San Francisco (where his clients included Century 21, Hilton, Mazda, Hyatt, Warner Bros, and Dollar Rent A Car) and partner in Dyer/Kahn, a design and marketing agency. He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. A frequent presenter at branding forums, Kahn has authored numerous articles and has been featured in CNBC, USA Today, Adweek, MSNBC, NY Times and the WSJ.

Dr. Stephani K. A. Robson

Dr. Stephani K. A. Robson worked for several years in restaurants and retail food operations in her native Canada before attending the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, graduating with a B.Sc. in 1988. As a professional foodservice designer, she has designed kitchen and dining facilities for restaurants, food courts, hotels, airports, hospitals, universities, and catering halls.  Returning to academia, Dr. Robson earned M.S. and PhD degrees from Cornell University with research focusing on how environments affect preferences and behavior in hospitality settings.  She is a specialist in restaurant design psychology, and has presented and published her research in a wide range of industry and academic forums around the world.

Phil Sandhaus

Phil Sandhaus has 25+ years as a Senior Entertainment Marketing Executive, a Brand Marketer, an Artist Manager, and Producer involved in the management, marketing and development of artists, including The Beatles, Miles Davis, David Bowie, Elvis Costello, and The Rolling Stones. Prior management positions include Head of Strategic Marketing and Product Development for the EMI-Capitol Group Entertainment Properties Division, overseeing projects such as The Beatles Anthology, as well as senior marketing positions at both Capitol Records and Columbia Records. Entertainment brand marketing clients have included McDonald's, Hasbro, the Spice Girls/Victoria's Secret and Reverbnation. Sandhaus has a BS from Cornell University and sits on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board of the Cornell Hotel School.

Paddy Spinks

Paddy Spinks is currently head of International for Concord Music Group, overseeing the global marketing of the label's vast repertoire of music. Previously, he headed Global Spins, a management and marketing company, following his seven years as the head of International for Capitol Records. Global Spins' successes included multi-platinum releases from EMI artists Norah Jones and Joss Stone, a posthumous release from Ray Charles and work with Paul McCartney overseeing the global marketing of several projects, including the recent 'Memory Almost Full' album released by Starbucks' Hear Music label, which was nominated for three Grammys. Joining Capitol Records in 1994 as head of International, Spinks was responsible for many successful releases outside the US.

Nick Vojnovic

Nick Vojnovic was President of Family Sports Concepts, Inc., the Franchisor of Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pubs, from 2005 to 2010. Previously, Vojnovic served as Chief Operating Office and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, helping build the chain to more than 260 units throughout the United States. Prior to joining Family Sports Concepts, Vojnovic was Vice President of Human Resources for Famous Dave's of America, a 70-unit barbeque and blues chain, and Director of Recruiting and Training at Sunstate Ventures, a 13-unit franchisor of Chili's Grill and Bar. Vojnovic is the former Chairman of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association. He has become a regular contributor on Fox Business News and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. He received the Elliot Motivator of the Year award, a Golden Chain award, and was an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Vojnovic graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 1981.
